Okay, so last years garden wasn't the best; actually we only had a few things out of it. THIS year however I planted it with the help of my stepson Joseph and I have diligently taken care of it and we are now reaping the rewards! Here you see 5 pints and 2 quarts of home-grown green beans! It has been years since I canned and dang... I did quite well if I say so myself *and I do*. You can't see in the bowl there is grated zucchini which I made really good bread of. There would have been a picture of that too, however it was eaten before it had time to cool. Next batch... especially since there is going to be a TON of zucchini this year! Anybody like some of the surplus?
